How to make delicious and spicy chili pakod sitting reception

Today i made chilli pakode and that i also want to share the recipe of Chilli pakode.

This is an indian dish which is extremely tasty and spicy.

So let's start to create Chilli Pakode.

Step 1

(Prepared Potatoes)

Ingredients :

  1. Potato - 4
  2. Oil -- 1 tsp
  3. Cumin seeds and Coriander powder 1/2 tsp each
  4. Turmeric Power 1/2 tsp
  5. Chilli and Salt Powder in keeping with taste

At First take a cooker and add water in it and put potatoes in it when the potatoes are boiled peel it.

Take a clean pan placed on the gas Put Oil 1 tsp and warmth a pan with oil in medium flame, when the Oil is heat we add cumin powder , Coriander powder, Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp One by One and fry them lightly Chill Powder 1/2 tsp and so add Potatoes and so add 1 tsp Salt Powder and therefore the mix well.

Step --2

(Prepared Gram Flour Paste)

Ingredients :

  1. Gram Flour --. 250 gram
  2. Cumin seeds -- 1 tsp
  3. Red Chilli and Salt Powder per taste
  4. Water -- 1/2 Glass

Take a clean bowl, Pour 250 gm gram flour, 1/2 tsp Cumin, 1/2 tsp each Red Chilli and Salt powder within the bowl One by One.

And then add water such it doesn't become too thin.

After that cut the chilli from middle and fill that stuffing which is created from potatoes one by one .
And then put that filled Chilli within the prepared Gram Flour bowl one by one and put it for two minutes.

And then take a pan and add Oil in it and put pan on gas when the oil is being heat put that chilli that which mix with gram flour within the Oil and within the medium gas and keep it Stirring it.

And when the chilli are being brown put out from the pan.
