I know, Its good to binge, once in a while...but what if, you can easily and very quickly combine the healthy and relatively less nutrient stuff together, just in a couple of minutes and ready to eat !!! Quick, Simple and Easy !!!
I keep on experimenting with different things, but most importantly considering what is HEALTHY for the GUT !!! Yes, Ofcourse!!! Its really really very important aspect, when you eat and what you eat !!!
Instant Noodles are not so famous on the Health and Nutrient Quotient, but still feeling to binge...Why NOT !!! Go for it, but add Veggies, Lots n Lots of Veggies+Olive Oil
So, this is what I regularly do...Noodles+Lots of Veggies+Olive Oil together!!! So delicious it comes out to be and relatively healthy too !!!
Once the noodles are ready and tender, add a spoon of Olive Oil and very minimal spices, just for the taste!!! Trust me...little or no spices too can elevate the taste and taste buds, because when you add too much of spices, the original taste is almost lost!!!
Boil the veggies for a minute or two, , to keep the crunch intact!!! Very Very Important
You can also additionally take a bowl of boil veggies, season them with Olive oil and a pinch of spices!!!
Together, they make a very good and healthy combo...veggies with a tasty dressing enhances the flavour!!!
Garnish with Veggies, I had boiled peas and chopped French Beans, additionally some grated carrots!!!
Decorate with parsley, alternatively/additionally with rosemary and or basil...
Enjoy as it is or alternatively you can add some sauce...tomato or even mustard...keep on experimenting !!!
Ready to be Served!!!...Oh Yeah...Self Service...is a Great Practice!!!
