Today, afternoon, came out to be really yummy & delicious, with me, serving, myself an amazing and healthy "Homemade Veggie Burger".
With a craving to binge eat, made me really really decide to getup and make a healthy and simple, yet absolutely delicious version of veggie burger...hmmm...yeah...and the question was how to go about it!!!???
With, Buns already baked, last week with lots of Oregano sprinkled over it, the real job was making the burger patty and healthy platter with salad...cucumber, tomato, onion, radish, some yellow & red bell peppers and cilantro leaves!!! Mmmm....Yummy ! Yeah !!!
Burger patty, was quick and simple, with two already boiled potatoes in the refrigerator, skin peeled and added on some roasted gram flour (to bind the potatoes!!!) plus some condiments and spices, mashed and combined together to make a ball and then gently pressed with the palms and shaped as a patty with the fingers, tossed with the semolina flour until well coated and finally, shallow fried....that's it...Burger patty is ready to be placed inside the Bun...besides placing a cheese slice over the bun and placing the patty over it. Decorating it with olive oil marinated bell pepper dices, some onion rings and cilantro leaves. Decorated the platter with tomato, cucumber and radish slices and some onion rings.
Here is the homemade veggie burger platter in-front of you!!! Trust me, it was so yummy and I thoroughly enjoyed it... with some tomato sauce!!!
