Snacking has become a habit, these days...there is no harm, as long as your are eating something healthy while snacking!!! Though the importance of regular meals cannot be ruled out, but snacking has become a trend these days, world-over.
Worldwide, there are mixed opinions, about snacking!!!. Some claim, it is healthy, while others, believe, it harms ones health and causes weight gain, if it goes uncontrolled and unmonitored, as to what is being eaten and at what intervals.
So let's talk reality, now...we all snack and we all Love to snack & actually, snacking isn't all that “bad” for you if you do it in moderation and make healthy choices. Make something Yum Yum and add lots of greens/salad to it...always !!!
Realistically !!!, to 'snack' is, to eat, a "SMALL QUANTITY" of food at a time, but in-between the regular meals.
The other major benefit/advantage of healthy snacking is that you Eat a snack or two between regular meals which can/will curb your hunger, so that, you really don't inhale the "complete dining room table", when you finally sit down to "Supper" and carefully select as to what you have to eat amidst the things that are available on the platter and not the entire platter !!! But, to err is so very human and we eat all that is tasty/Yum and later regret when we bloat !!!
OK, Now, I do snack, regularly and in my viewpoint there is no harm, when you eat in limited quantity and add lots of greens/salad!!!
So, today, I relished, Stuffed Bread Sandwiches!!! So very Yum Yum !!! :)
On the Platter: Stuffed Bread Sandwiches with Cheeses Slices, tomato, green chilly, red onion, scallions, tomato sauce.
The Preparation: Make some stuffing, though there can be a wide variety of stuffings that can be used, I used boiled, mashed potato with some peas and condiments & spices, stuffed in-between the bread slices, coated with gram flour batter, properly coat the bread slices from all sides and then deep fry!!! Serve Hot !!! Alternatively, you can make them before and later Reheat in the grilled sandwich maker, interestingly, when you do that the sandwiches will release all the excess oil that it has absorbed, during deep frying !!! I always do that !!!...If you have not done it, you should definitely try this process out...!!!
Finally & Finely...!!!...Decorate the platter with salad and greens!!! Serve SOS !!! LOL ! Cheers! :)
