Tonight, we had budae jjigae with my home made bone broth - no beans and cheese, but very delicious in the rich broth. 2 pkg of Shin Ramen, 1/2 can of spam, bokchoi, king oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, 1/2 onion and green onions. Just used both packs of ramen soup base and a bit of mince garlic and mirin.
