Spicy steamed chicken with herbs, Isaan style

Extremely great aromatic smell and so tender, melt in your mouth!! 😁

**Steamed chicken:

  1. Crushed herbs in mortar: galangal, lemongrass, garlic cloves, fresh/dried chili, shallots, kafir lime leaves.
  2. Added mixed herbs to chicken, then soya sauce, salt and pepper to season.
  3. Marinated for 30 mn.
  4. Steamed chicken for 20 mn.
    Optional of some vegetables to cook through together. Or else this dish is good with fresh vegetables as well.
