I like my kimchi spicy so I may use more red pepper than some prefer but I think its pretty tasty. I'd love to have someone other than family and friends taste it for an honest evaluation. I pretty much follow Maangchi's recipe but just reduce the quantity. This batch has fermented nicely on the counter and got very juicy.
