Ingredients
250g of mixed vegetables
2 prawns (or any other sea food)
50ml of Tempura batter
50g of plain flour
Oil to deep fry
I used eatable vegetable trimmings for this, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, red bell peppers, onions and asparagus. You can choose any vegetable from your fridge.
Cut vegetables into strips.
Chop prawns
Mix prawns and vegetables together.
Add plain flour to the mixture. Mix well.
Add tempura batter to the mixture. Mix well.
Make round shapes out of mixture.
Deep fry and enjoy.
