Shortly before I published my first book, I went out to exercise. As I sat on the bicycle….a thought came to my mind. It was an idea I needed to complete the 5th chapter of my book. I couldn’t get a pen to put it down. Neither could I get my phone to type it down;my instructor would have literally killed me and canceled my sessions. I resolve to keep on repeating it in my head until the work out was over.
