As today is celebrated 💐 as World Radiography Day
And so as in our Department of Radiology.
This day marks remarkable discovery of X Rays accidentally while experimenting with some cathode tubes, by a German scientist Mr Wilhelm Conrad Rongten on 8th nov 1895.

Before this event, known as the European Day of Radiology, took place on February 10, 2011, to commemorate the anniversary of Wilhelm Rontgen's passing on February 10, 1923.
