First, put the raw olives in a bowl and bruise them by hitting them with a slotted spoon.The wound should be made in such a way that everything can enter it and the sour juices come out and it is fully ripe for making pickles.It should be wound in such a way that nothing sour is available in it and all kinds of sweets are able to penetrate into it.However, you may get injured in doing things that should be done with caution, so you have to do these things very carefully.When these operations are completed, the olives should be chipped and thrown away with all the juice inside.

After crushing the olives, they should be stored very nicely but not for a long time.
Jalpaiguri should then be taken to the edge of the oven and placed in a pot to boil them.Jalpaiguri will become soft after boiling but in this case if there is juice in it then it will be sour and if there is no juice then it will not be sour but it will be perfect for making pickle.

To say that it is the very final step, in this case the boiled olives should be kept in the process.It requires a sugar or molasses solution in which pickles can be preserved.The olives should be lightly fried with spices and care should be taken not to break them.
Prepare a sugar solution and soak the olives in it.Soaked and heated in the heat of the fire for some time and at some point everything will go inside and make a delicious pickle.It may be a bit sour when it is made but will be very tasty and sweet if stored for up to a year.
