Buenos días amigos de esta hermosa comunidad #foodiesbeehive, deseo que estén bien, no nos olvidemos cuando vayamos a salir usar la mascarilla, aun el virus (COVID) está presente. Dios nos libre de todo mal.
Hoy quiero mostrarle cómo preparar un desayuno rápido y muy delicioso: Huevos y mortadela frita con un toque de queso, acompañado de unos bollos de maíz.

Today I want to show you how to prepare a quick and delicious breakfast: eggs and fried bologna with a touch of cheese, accompanied by some corn muffins.

Ingredientes para la elaboración del rico desayuno:
  • Lata de mortadela.
  • Sal al gusto.
  • Harina de maíz.
  • 2 huevos.
  • 200 ml de aceite.
  • 100 gramos de queso rallado.
Ingredients for the preparation of this delicious breakfast:
  • Can of mortadella.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Corn flour.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 200 ml of oil.
  • 100 grams of grated cheese.

Preparación de huevos y mortadela frita con bollo de maíz:
  • Para freír los huevos, lo primero que se hace es romper la cáscara luego colocarlo en un vaso, en la cocina poner una sartén con aceite, esperar a que caliente para echar los huevos a freír. Trata de no romper la yema.
Preparation of fried eggs and mortadella with corn bun:
  • To fry the eggs, the first thing to do is to break the shell then place it in a glass, in the kitchen put a pan with oil, wait until hot to pour the eggs to fry. Try not to break the yolk.

  • Para freír la mortadela en lata, sacarla del envase, luego con un cuchillo picarla en forma redonda, colocarla en una sartén con aceite caliente, echar, dorar por ambos lados y listo.
  • To fry the mortadella in a can, take it out of the package, then with a knife chop it in a round shape, place it in a frying pan with hot oil, pour, brown on both sides and it is ready.

  • Para preparar los bollos: colocar en un envase la harina con agua y un poquito de sal, amasar hasta que la masa quede homogénea.
  • Colocar en la candela una olla con agua para que vaya hirviendo mientras preparamos la masa.
  • Hacer los bollos, agregar a la olla, esperar 15 minutos y a disfrutar de la deliciosa comida.
  • Agrega un toque de queso rallado, sal y salsa de tomate (opcional) sobre los huevos y la mortadela.
  • To prepare the buns: place the flour in a bowl with water and a little salt, knead until the dough is homogeneous.
  • Place a pot of water on the stove to boil while preparing the dough.
  • Make the buns, add to the pot, wait 15 minutes and enjoy the delicious food.
  • Add a touch of grated cheese, salt and tomato sauce (optional) over the eggs and mortadella.
