Now a days life is so busy that we are normally running behind artifical food and ingonring natural food..
Specially for Kids health.
Like for calicum and protine we go for milk,cheese,calicum tablets many more others stuffs..
Specially in breakfast..
Old people say
Do breakfast like a king morning 1st meal should be health and tasty with different colors..
Im against this dairy products childrens youngster get addicted to it and avoid daily meals
Once in a while is ok to have but not make it a habit..
This now adays become trend to get easy from cooking and having readymte things.. in india yhis become like very classy things but sorry its waste and bad for health
