But this time I chose to make a side dish for breaking the fast, namely "capcay sayur rainbow". this is also very delicious friends
Materials needed in
Making "Rainbow Vegetable Capcay"
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/5 green broccoli
- 1 chicory
Ingredients for stir fry:
- 10 bird's eye chilies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 red onions
Steps in making "Rainbow Vegetable Capcay"
(1) take the carrots and then peel them and after that start cutting the carrots according to individual taste
(2) take the broccoli then cut it according to each person's taste and then soak the broccoli with salt water so that all the dirt in the broccoli vegetables is removed
(3) then take the chicory, then pick one by one from the stem and then start cutting it according to individual taste
And after that start heating the cooking oil, and after the cooking oil is hot
then start sautéing the shallots, garlic and cayenne pepper that have been sliced earlier, stir-fry until the ingredients emit a fragrant smell
After that, start adding the vegetables one by one
after all the vegetables are in, then add a little water to the stir-fry so it doesn't burn later, and then after that add a little salt, then correct the taste whether it's just right or not
