I am inspired by Saban’s ability to CONSISTENTLY win. So many apprentices have been hired away for major cash because "they know Saban’s business model.” Yet, each stand across the field time & again, Jimbo Fisher beating him only ONCE. No other apprentice has EVER succeeded. Why? Because Saban has the ability to execute the same thing over and over, to the point of monotony, because it works. It’s human nature to want to try something different, shake things up, put your own spin on it, even when everything is going well. Consistency is the key to his success.
