My morning routine is to jam to music that inspires the moment and movement of the inner soul as I wake up.
I wake up early before the sun rises and sleep past midnight most nights to see the stars.
Even though we most of us got to take on bluecollar jobs that are insanely demoralizing, i shock most folk with my enthusiasm to shine despite the hardships. I don't do it for me. I do it for them because I know the suffering behind the smiles of every man meet.
Music, truth, being direct, jokes, great personality, these key things will improve the moral of any work environment if even just a little bit. Most times I see glum faces, and I know I can't make everyone smile, but being kind doesn't hurt anyone.
Even just going out of your own way to give someone water can make a huge difference.
Anyways I don't think I need to show you the many examples of what you could do, just go out and do what you wish someone would for you in kindness. Don't expect to be rewarded. Just move forward and keep doing what you do.
Random acts of kindness is metal🤘 and rewarding in it's own way. It's candy for the soul without the cavities.
I am not religious person myself. I grew up under a Catholic principles because of my devoutly Catholic parents. I won't dismiss wisdom and reason where it lies, many things I have been told have been found to be true but just as much if not more have been completely false.
No I won't go into details but I have found that all religions stagnant my spiritual growth. You can blame magic mushrooms and Ayahuasca ceremonies for that. But also my own experience and all that read.
I'm not perfect. But sure am much better than what I have been. I feel more at peace with myself than I ever have been.

Anyways, here to update some drafts I got going on. LOC#17 and 18 is under construction. My reply to LogicZombie is still underway, I apologize again for the delay, it's been a hectic few months.
And recently I have gotten very sick for the first time in a long time that I took the day off today. But I feel better today just not the past week. It was awful but even so, some of those who I have been kind to have shown their concern and provided aid and comfort. Completely took me by surprise reminding me the power of law of attraction.
Don't wait for someone to be kind to you. It may not come today. And those days are opportunities of moments for YOU to be the GIVER of kindness.
You may pray to God for patience and received nothing but ridicule and you may go blaming God for not giving you patience but look at this way. Those ridicules and hardship moments you were given instead of patience, those were moments for you to BE patient.
God won't give you what you already have within you, but he will give you opportunities for you to exercise them.
Think about it.
