our university has conducted some activities addressing Vigilance Awareness Week.
Every year, during the week that falls on Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's birthday, India observes Vigilance Awareness Week. Vigilance Awareness Week took place in 2022, running from October 31 to November 6. "say no to corruption comment to the nation" was the topic for 2023.
India's journey towards becoming a fully developed nation is nevertheless hampered by corruption. It weakens the country's social and economic fabric, stunts growth, and limits the potential of the nation. The elimination of corruption is an essential requirement for imagining an advanced India. Corruption permeates many industries, from small-scale bribery to major financial scandals, impeding advancement and just growth.
Bribery is a common type of corruption that is observed in daily life, ranging from traffic infractions to obtaining government services. Bribery is a common strategy used by people to obtain services they are entitled to or to accelerate work, which promotes an unfair advantage based on financial power.
The chief guest spoke a lot about the right of a common man and it is the right of every individual in our country to raise questions and avoid bribery as much as possible....
