Greetings to all my blurt fellows and family. I hope everyone enjoying his good health and warm of life. Sorry i was not active there for many days because i was tired due to my hectic routine but today i decide to spend sometime with my blurt friends.
Yesterday i meet a girl who was very depressed due to her job and then i realize that i should share some points of depression at here.
Depression has been different for different people. It depend on power of competition. Normally people who lose hope at early situation get depressed and at some points it become fatal for life. But i thing behind every beautiful thing there is somekind of pain.

Depression is basically a damage of mental health that effect all our body function.
Causes of depression;
Normally people hopes too much that in return hurt them. It may be genetical, physiological , environmental factors. Normally i observe that our social media now a days become a abundant source of depression. People look others , go to comparison and then depressed. Many people don't admit that they are depressed because there is stigma in our society that depression is psychological disease and we should not go to doctor for this.
Symptoms of depression;
The normal signs of depression is persistent feeling of sadness, feeling of irritation, loss of interest in activities, loss of appetite, sleep disturbance and fatigue.

Treatment;
Depression can be treated by regular sessions in which we learn cognitive processes. Now a days pscycartris use anti depressants to treat,by improving lifestyle, diet and exercise.
Depression is the mental sickness that spread quickly in our society. I observed that the ratio. Of patient is mostly youth. Because at adult we pass through the multiple stages of life like earning, growing , seeking the requirement of societies so we get depressed because at a time we pass through the multiple situation to perform bundle of task.

There is different treatment for everyone to minimize his depression but the only source of peace is prayer for me. I know untill i pray i cant be relax. Moreover i observe that many people loss there depression by sharing things with there friends but in return they get more depressed.
