Delegation Reward + Leaderboard Update

That is the BP delegator icon 🔥 on fire! and update the leaderboard from 30 days to 7 days so that way, I know who is more active and the ranking can change faster.

BP delegator will get better upvotes, more points and...

Weekly Delegation Rewards!

I was actually just testing this thing today and I wanted to send out the reward next week, but accidentally hit the real thing so there you go.

Rewards will be sent out every Monday(Tuesday your time... i dont know) and the payout depends on the delegation amount and the curation rewards for that week.

All the delegators will receive BLURT

                      Thanks @tomoyan for the liquid blurt. That is the most expected thing here. I wasn't expecting the delegation reward because I saw somewhere else that it would be a monthly payout.
