Today i am cooking a meal to break our fast during the evening. So i want to sharing this recipe with you. It needs lots of ingredients for sure but delicious to eat.
What we need?
- Fragrant rice
- Chicken
- Garam masala (Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Bay leaves)
- Ginger and garlic paste
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Onion
- Green chilli
- Pepper powder
- Tomato sauce
- Sour yogurt(1 cup)
- Biryani masala(4tabel Spoon)
How to prepare?
First, you have to wash the rice well and leave it for a while. In a pan, add oil, onion paste, ginger and garlic paste, white cardamon, biryani masala and cook for a few minutes until golden brown.
Now add pieces of chicken and cook when it doesn't ready( cook 20 or 15 minutes).
Now in the another pot add some chopped onion, ginger and garlic paste, tomato sauce and put the rice on the pot and fry for another few minutes. Add a similar portion of hot water like the rice. Now it has to be well covered for some time.
After some time, mix it well with cooked meat and again it well covered. After few minutes pass again add Sour yogurt and finally to covering it. After a while it will be ready to eat. Bangladeshi biryani was made with delicious taste.
We usually add several other food items in our plate along with this dish. I cook it just today's fasting. I hope you like this recipe.
