Today is Asif's birthday. Today Asif turned eleven years old. All of Asif's friends have come to the friendly birthday party. All the birthdays have been arranged in the room below.
Asif is sitting in his room. She's not ready yet. Asif's grandmother came to his house to call Asif. He came and saw Asif sitting in a corner of the bed depressed. He told Asif,
Asif Dadubhai, not ready yet? Your friends are all waiting for you. Come down quickly.
Asif looked down and asked, Dad has not come yet, Grandma?
Asif's grandmother said, "Maybe your father is stuck in some work. Come down when you are ready. Your father will come as soon as you cut the cake." Everyone is waiting for you, what would everyone think if you didn't come down soon!
Asif told his grandmother, OK. You go, I'm coming.
Asif got ready and went downstairs. Everyone is giving gifts to Asif, wishing Asif. Asif is talking to everyone with a smile and repeatedly looking at the door. Thinking in my mind, my father came to understand this. The night was getting dark and everyone was in a hurry to cut the cake. What will Asif do, and how long will he wait for his father! Eventually the cake was cut, everyone finished eating and returned to their homes. Asif said goodbye to everyone and went to his house. Asif's grandmother realized that Asif has suffered a lot today.
He smiled and talked to everyone, thinking that everyone might think badly.
Asif does not have a mother. It's been two years since my mother died. Asif is looked after by his grandmother. Asif's father Ahad Saheb. He has his own business. He travels from one district to another for business. He does not stay at home more than once.
Asif spends all day alone. Asif loves spending time in school, because then he spends time laughing with his friends. But when he came home, loneliness filled him. Asif's grandmother loves Asif a lot, takes care of Asif. The mother is a dead boy, trying hard enough to never get in trouble. But Asif always wants his father.
Asif is standing on the verandah and looking at the street. It's been a long night. Asif is in a very bad mood. Even on his birthday today, my father did not come home early. Asif is very proud. Grandmother repeatedly calls Asif to eat, but Asif does not want to eat. She repeatedly says that her father will actually eat with her.
As he stood on the verandah, Asif's eyes seemed to fall asleep. Asif went to bed. I could not understand when Asif fell asleep. Asif's grandmother came to Asif's house after a while and saw that Asif had fallen asleep without eating. Asif's father returned home around one o'clock in the night.
As soon as Asif's father returned home, Asif's grandmother told him,
Ahad, you should have returned home early today. Didn't you notice that it was the boy's birthday today? Mr. Ahad said, urgent work was the mother. And who am I working so hard for!
You don't have time to look at the boy while going to work. Asif is your son, you should give him time. The boy's mind is bad today. Yet he did not say anything openly. He has hidden misery in his mind. While waiting for you, the boy fell asleep without eating.
Mr. Ahad remained silent for a while, then he entered Asif's room. He saw the boy sleeping. He gently called Asif. Asif wakes up, looks at his father once and sits down with his head down again.
Mr. Ahad said to Asif, Asif, are you angry with your father? Dad came home late today, so?
Asif looks down and answers his father, No, Dad, I realize you're probably stuck with something.
Mr. Ahad said, That's what my father understood. Let's see what gift your father brought for you.
Mr. Ahad has brought many good gifts for Asif. But instead of this gift, if he had returned home early today, it would have been the best gift for Asif.
One day Asif went to visit a relative's house with his grandmother. As soon as Mr. Ahad entered the house that day, he felt an emptiness. She remembers the boy very well. He enters Asif's room and sits on Asif's bed for a while. Just as he was about to get out of bed, he noticed that Asif had a notebook under his pillow. Mr. Ahad took out the book. He saw that the book belonged to Asif. He turned the page with interest,
There are many things written in the book. After the writings, tears flowed from Mr. Ahad's eyes. Her son has written many things that mix his own emotions. The boy that he could not give true love. His image has emerged in the text. After reading the last line written by the boy, Mr. Ahad could not control himself anymore. The line was,
Dad, you'll be there the day you have time !!!
Many of us forget to give time to our children in their busy schedule. What do those for whom we actually work day and night actually want from us? They want a little time from us. Every parent should give time to their children. They need to understand what they want. The distance between parents and children cannot be created. Because parents are the closest relatives of the child ....
