My healthy food throughout the day, which keeps my daily health just right. Today I will share the way I keep my health good all day or live a healthy life. I hope everyone will like it.
Maintaining my health or daily routine:
- First I wake up before 6 in the morning. After waking up, I drink one or two glasses of cold water with the husk of Isabagul and misiri grains. After that I go out to walk 1 to 2 kilometers.
- What I take for breakfast:
(1) Boiled eggs, hand-made white bread and some vegetables. Vegetables are all kinds of vegetables in our rural Bengal, which we call as miramis in rural Bengal.
Vegetarian is eaten as a vegetable. 1. Common seasonal vegetables like potato, lentils, tomato, carrot, corolla etc.
