Nice post, @surrealfia. I find your command of English quite good. And thanks for the article on arrogance. My experience was a bit different. To be humble is not similar to being a pushover. The latter is a totally different trait. Take any personality in your country. The ones worth their salt are usually humble. Because they have achieved it all, seen it all, and know the human trait. There is nothing for them to be arrogant about, and there would be no one who could take advantage of them. So, yeah, be humble yet strong. That is the trait that I would like in myself. :)

It is true that I have seen a few successful people who are humble... and then there are also those who have achieved and like to show off... there are always exceptions... I think being humble is in nature... and it's possible that arrogance comes out to cover up fear and other negativity... thank you so much
