Both the mountains and the sea draw me equally. I often travel to different places in the country and abroad. Just like many places abroad are my favorite, many places in Bangladesh are very dear to me. Our country is very beautiful. Every time I think of Rangamati, Bandarban, Khagrachhari, the beauty of the mountains of my country is no less than the beauty of Nepal, Bhutan, Darjeeling, Sikkim, Shimla, Manali. Our country is so beautiful but many people in the world do not know that nature is generous and its beauty is matched here.
Once I went to visit Kalimpong in Darjeeling with my son and groom. I went out all day and returned to the resort before evening. The name of our resort was Artem. It was on top of a hill. We had to cross the winding mountain road to reach the resort. Sunrise and sunset could be seen from the veranda and roof of the resort. We did not rent a hotel in Kalimpong at that time just to see the sunrise and sunset in the mountains. Although commuting from city hotels is readily available and low cost.
