Today I have come before you with a great subject. You know people all want to be healthy. So to stay healthy, people have to eat some different types of nutritious food. I would like to share with you today some important discussions about some of those nutritious foods. The human body has to eat some nutritious fruits to stay in good health. So I will share important information about some types of fruits among you. We will learn in detail about the benefits of fruits for health.

Most of the people in our country are suffering from malnutrition so for them I would like to say that you eat nutritious fruits to keep your body healthy and well. Because we usually know that some fruits contain different types of vitamins and all the fruits that contain these vitamins to maintain good health are fruits like grapes, oranges, apples etc. which are a way to keep our health good. All these fruits increase the nutrition and immunity of our body which is able to greatly increase the functioning of our body. I would like to say among you that you always eat fruits to keep your body healthy.
