আমাদের প্রত্যেকের নিজস্ব বিশেষ যোগ্যতা রয়েছে। যেমন কেউ ভাল ব্লগ লিখতে পারেন, কেউ এপস বানাতে পারেন, কেউ ভাল ডিজাইনার ইত্যাদি, যারা ব্লকচেইন বেইজ অন্য কমিউনিটিতে আগে কাজ করছেন তাদের সম্পূর্ণ ধারনা আছে কিভাবে এখান থেকে সফল হওয়া যায়, কি করতে হবে, কি করা যাবেনা ইত্যাদি।

আমরা শুধু বাংলাদেশীদের নিয়ে কাজ করবো। এখানে একে অপরকে সহযোগীতা করলে এই সাইটের স্থায়িত্ব বাড়বে । ফলে সবাই এখানে পোষ্ট বা লেখালেখি করতে আগ্রহী হবে। আর ব্লার্ট সাইট প্রসার হলে শুধু বাংলাদেশের লোকজনই না এই সাইটের সবারই উপকৃত হবে।
