Hello friends, I hope you are well, as we know this quarantine has been longer than normal and to entertain myself I decided to make some projects at home with recyclable materials
I was admiring a publication where they had made little paper roses and I thought

Why not make them big and with a different touch?

I decided to take action and started looking for what I would need to make this idea a reality, the first thing was to collect dry sticks from a piece of land that is close to my house, then a can of milk powder, stones, paint that you don't use, and more dry sticks !

Hola amigos espero que se encuentren bien, como sabemos esta cuarentena se ha alargado mas de lo normal y para entretenerme decidí realizar algunos proyectos en casa con materiales reciclables
Estaba admirando una publicación en la que habían echo pequeñas rosas de papel y pensé

.-Por que no hacerlas grandes y con un toque diferente ?

Decidí ponerme en acción y empecé a buscar lo que necesitaría para hacer realidad esta idea, lo primero fue recolectar palos secos de un terreno que queda cerca de mi casa, luego una lata de leche en polvo, piedras, pintura que no utilices, y mas palos secos !

Cutting and drawing || Cortar y dibujar

You see I got crayons so I used them to create a combination of colors, those you see in the picture are my favorites, the continuation one after the other gives a spectacular effect

We cut leaves in the form of pelatos, with the measures that you wish, is to your taste, I made pelatos of 12cm, 26 and 18cm, three types of roses

On the bottom we are going to cut just a little bit as you see in the picture, and then intertwine those cut sides to form the petals

Verán conseguí creyones así que los utilice para crear una combinación de colores, esos que ven en la foto son mis favoritos, la continuación uno después del otro da un efecto espectacular

Cortamos hojas en forma de pelatos, con las medidas que desees, es a tu gusto, yo realice pelatos de 12cm, 26 y 18cm, tres tipos de rosas

En la parte de abajo vamos a cortar solo un poco como ven en la foto, para luego entrelazar esos lados cortados y que se forme el pétalo

Assembling and decorating || Armar y decorar

Then we start to glue our petals with silicon, forming flowers of the size we want

The colors are optional, you can play mixing and even use paint or make drawings on them, I used crayons because that's what I had on hand but you have more options, so live creativity!

Luego comenzamos a pegar con silicon nuestros petalos formando flores del tamaño que queramos

Los colores son opcionales, puedes jugar mezclando e inclusive usar pintura o hacer dibujos en ellas, yo utilice creyones por que era lo que tenia a la mano pero si ustedes tienen mas opciones, así que viva la creatividad !

To assemble everything start with the base, stick dry sticks around the can, then fill with stones to hold our long sticks which are painted with grey, a paint I had left over at home, finally you arrange the flowers to your liking

And presto! we have a beautiful decoration, it can be used for a birthday, meeting or home decoration

Para armar todo empece con la base, pegue palitos secos al rededor de la lata, luego rellene con piedras para que se sostenga nuestros palos largos los cuales están pintados con gris, una pintura que me sobraba en casa, por ultimo acomodas las flores a tu gusto

Y listo! tenemos una hermosa decoración, nos puede servir para un cumpleaños, reunión o decoración del hogar
