I snuck Hattie out for a little adventure yesterday afternoon and we scaled a local bluff to watch the sunsetting to the West. Mars was above us, the nearly full Moon behind us, and Jupiter and Saturn were in the South. I really, really need to figure out astrophotography; definitely going to be a goal for 2021.

Wow .... beautiful sky. I never know what stars or planets I’m looking at. I know the moon ... that’s about it.
I've really gotten into star gazing here with our daughter. I don't know if it the effect of lockdown, but seeing the stars in just our backyard is amazing. I definitely want to get something figured out too before the Saturn / Jupiter conjunction so that I can get some photographs of it.
