Hello Everyone. I present to you all my new scribble portrait of the retired American athlete, Michael Phelps. He was a competitive swimmer who holds the record for the most decorated Olympic champion and the record for the most Olympic gold medals. He retired in 2016 after competing in the Rio Olympics and has been a great source of motivation to upcoming athletes worldwide. I created this new scribble portrait not him as a fan art and I hope you love it.
