In my opinion, it always is fun to draw cartoon characters. My first reason is that they don't have to be perfect and the second, you can can make them anyway you see fit.
I saw this drawing not long ago on Pinterest and coveted it. So when I had some free time, I put pen to paper and this came out just fine.
