How to prepare Ogbono Soup

Ingredients

  • Beef or assorted of any kind

  • Palm oil

  • Stockfish

  • Fresh Pepper

  • Grounded ogbono &

  • Crayfish

  • Seasoning

  • Bitter-leaf & Pumpkin leaf (Ugu leaf)

  • Salt

Procedure

  1. Wash your meat & stockfish bring it to boiling

  2. Add in little seasoning, salt & pepper then continue cooking

  3. Add your washed Bitter-leaf & cook

  4. Add in your Palm oil & cook well

  5. Add in your grounded Ogbono & crayfish then cook for 3mins

  6. Add in your seasoning and salt to taste

  7. Finally put in your pumpkin leaf & stir then cook for a min

Your Ogbono soup is ready & can be served with any swallow of your choice.

In Italy if you know a receta similar that if llama fish soup only that no stockfish.
