Ingredients
Beef or assorted of any kind
Palm oil
Stockfish
Fresh Pepper
Grounded ogbono &
Crayfish
Seasoning
Bitter-leaf & Pumpkin leaf (Ugu leaf)
Salt
Procedure
Wash your meat & stockfish bring it to boiling
Add in little seasoning, salt & pepper then continue cooking
Add your washed Bitter-leaf & cook
Add in your Palm oil & cook well
Add in your grounded Ogbono & crayfish then cook for 3mins
Add in your seasoning and salt to taste
Finally put in your pumpkin leaf & stir then cook for a min
Your Ogbono soup is ready & can be served with any swallow of your choice.
In Italy if you know a receta similar that if llama fish soup only that no stockfish.
