A Day on Blurt is a Day to Love❤️💙

Thursday, 17 February 2022 was the day for Random Acts of Kindness Day.

“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.”

Random Acts of Kindness Day, like the name implies, is a day which encourages people to do more, to take part in a random act of kindness, be it big or small.

Why I made my regular post on blurt on the 17th of February little did I know I was going to earn an act of kindness from a fellow on blurt community. I logged into my blurt profile to check how my post is doing, through my wallet and then notification only to discover my balance is different from the usual. In my mind I was almost thinking someone had access to my account 🤣🤣. Along the line I was like Maybe it's a mistake 🤔 but hold on for a sec, the description clearly states it's "Random Acts of Kindness Day" and to my greatest surprise is about 500.00 worth of blurt 😭😭😭.

Coming to join the blurt community in less than 2 months and already receiving such an act has already sealed my presence on blurt till when I can't predict.

No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted. This gesture I received on this platform would have been kept silent but I can't hold back appreciating some act of love in kindness form.

For certain reasons I wouldn't mention the person's name but I appreciate you for all you do. 🤩
