This collaboration would enable Matic assets to be listed on Injective in the coming months in order to further expand the derivatives markets available on the Injective DEX. This will allow Matic traders to have a new avenue via which they can interact with Matic tokens.
Also, Injective Protocol would be able to leverage on the layer-2 bridge Matic currently has on Ethereum. This means assets built on top of Matic can easily be ported over to Injective due to the fully EVM-compatible infrastructure of Injective Protocol. This will also enable Injective Protocol to explore new derivative products that utilize assets built on top of Matic.
It is a beautiful and noteworthy collaboration as both projects have a budding relationship and both CEOs are excited and look forward to using the relationship to further the horizons of decentralized finance.
