How we process local rice

Unlike other side of the world, our way of processing rice before using it for consumption is quite different.
Rice is said to be one of the most consumable grain in most part of the world. These leads to differences in the processing method depending on the development of each place.
While others Make use if machines for the processing, in our side (part of Nigeria) we use hot water to build the rice a little bit using fire , then allow it to dry out before taking it to a pilling machine for final stage .

We do call it local rice because it's made by us but it's very good when cooked 😊.
