Recipe for homemade fresh mango ice candy
Greetings
Today I'm going to share with you an excellent dish that I know your family will like, especially during the summer.
ice cream, If you're unsure what ice candy is, it's a kind of cold beverage to combat the summer heat. It is a tasty treat that both kids and adults will enjoy, coming in a variety of flavor combinations. It resembles a popsicle somewhat, but the difference is that we mold using plastic. The majority of the time my children would ask their father for a few pesos to buy this type of refreshment, so I kind of thought that's what if I just made it in my spare time so they don't have to ask for money all the time. As a result, I see that there is a lot of space in the fridge.
Consequently, one morning when I was at home and went to the market, I saw a vendor who sells fresh mangoes and offers a good price, and I was not disappointed about it since it was truly sweet when I tried.
Ingredients and instructions for making mango ice cream.
I used 1 kilogram of fresh mango, which I paid $1.43 for, as one of the components. In addition, I use a sachet of powdered milk, 1/4 cup of cornstarch, 1/4 cup of white sugar, and a can (390g) of condensed milk.
Step 1
Step 2
I mixed the other ingredients in the pan, added 12 cups of water, and then brought the mixture to a boil.
NOTE: I have not yet added the scraped mango.
Step 3:
After it boils, I wait until it has cooled before adding the mangoes.
HERE IS OUR MIXTURE NOW
This time, I prepare the ice candy on a plastic sheet measuring 1 1/2 x 10. In case the huge mango chunks adhere to the funnel's entry, I additionally use a funnel, measuring cup, and bits of coconut wood.
Step 4
I pour 1/3 cup into each plastic (1 1/2x10) before packing.
I created 40 pieces of ice candy from that combination.
Step 5
Keep frozen for storage.
The ice candy has already become firm and is suitable for consumption after 3–4 hours.
So, at the time, we undoubtedly delighted in my handmade ice candy. The ice candy kept for days when I returned to the city for work, and while I'm writing this to you, I'm considering making a new batch to try out some different tastes.
And that's all I have to say to you today, people. I hope you enjoy my recipe. If you want to make it, simply follow the directions; they are quite straightforward.
