this evening after grinding the cassava and putting it on a presser like I said in my last post, I decided to help my mom to prepare a soup, since am the only one around I have to do the work of assisting her in the kitchen.
We cooked it with firewood in a local way
we prepared a local dish, a well known soup in eastern part of Nigeria, that's bitter leaf soup.
it is a draw soup and trust me it is very delicious and am inviting you to come and join me
