Selagi projects purchases a truck for work !

The cost of transportation is on the high side in Nigeria . You might get the goods cheap but the transportation alone would make you regret ever going for such commodities. This is the motive behind the purchase of a truck
to enable us cut cost .

This old truck was bought in the name of our local project . It will help covey materials bought to the site where structures will be developed.
After purchasing the truck , we did some mechanical repairs on it because the truck wasn’t in perfect of shapes .
We had to replace many parts ranging from the break system which affected the master pot ! We replace it , we reworked the engine and overhauled it. We got new tires and worked on the back Aizu. After the mechanical work , we took it for refurbishment; changing the paint and working on a few things .
The out come really look really beautiful .

We hope this will help when we begin the bigger project of the blurt hospital, or even the plastering of the school and other works .

Source of funding

It might interest you to know that I had a family who were inviting me to the US this summer . They had made all plans to book my flight and also some funds for my shopping . Trapped with the need of my local community , I felt it was better to think about them if the proposal would go through , so I had a conversation with them and asked if they could rather covert the money into a meaningful project that will benefit a larger group ; immediately they consented and sent me 4000 dollars 💵 which was converted to Nigeria currency and I added some saving and bought the truck in the name of the project . This tipper was bought for N3,580,000.

My appreciation to people of goodwill who would always wanna see that people who exist in certain parts of the world also have equal opportunity like anyone else . God bless their lavished generosity .
