How to check your kidneys?

When you first wake up in the morning , pee inside a clear glass jar.

Let the urine settle for like 30 mins to a hour.

Now hold up the glass and look at the settlement at the bottom of jar, you should see white sediments , or tiny white fragments floating around in the urine.

This is the metabolic waste from your cells interstitial fluids that are the waste product of cellular metabolism .

This signifies that your kidneys are working properly .

If your urine is clear , or even yellow with no sediments floating around, this means your kidneys are not working properly.
The nephrons are not doing their job, which means there’s calcification.

If your kidneys are not working properly, then neither is your lymphatic system, or adrenal glands, because the body organs work wholistic with each other.

If theres no waste matter in your urine
Then you need a kidney cleanse .
