A sinner is one who is not living his or her life according to the will or instructions of GOD....some times he or she may have the knowledge of whom GOD is but yet they still act on their own accord.
When a sinner prays,such prayers annoy GOD to the fullest and that is the reason the bible told us in the book ofProverbs 15 vs 8 that the prayers or sacrifices of a sinner or an unrighteous person is like an abomination unto GOD and the bible also emphasized on the prayers of a righteous man that it is like a sweet smelling savor unto GOD,the prayers of a righteous man gets attended to by GOD without wasting time.
GOD so kind that he gave us choices in life and without forcing us to choose a particular one out of the to two choices GOD gave to us,it is either you choose life or death.The choice still remains ours till date
