Hence in terms of what we eat known as food, a lot of evidence has proven that the food pyramid is flexible enough, hence with this said I have to define what i meant by food pyramid.

A food pyramid is known as the proper and optimal number of modes of eating each day, which serves as a guide for food consumption.

Hence balance diet is the food pyramid which is the key to live a healthy lifestyle, With that said the health food pyramid assist and serves as a guild towards what eat as food such as vegetables, fruit moderate of meat, fish, egg, milk and other alternatives, it guild us on rate we consume sugar, salt and oil or fat even at the part of cooking it guild us as well in steaming, simmering, boiling, stewing, scalding and so on, hence having all this standard overall helps us to achieve the mode of balance diet which actually promote good health and make us to last and live long without passing through series of food sickness.

Hence the essence of the pyramid is to get all nutrients needed to keep the body healthy, hence this cannot be gotten from one single food rather different categories of food in regulations of not eating much or small thereby balancing the food we consumed.

For the purpose of healthy living, specific amounts of nutrients are needed daily in our body to assist our body system to fight symptoms and deficiency which fight against the body, hence all this is to makei an optimal health conditioning.

Healthy Eating On Food Pyramid

•Consume more of grain
•Consume of of vegetables and fruits
•Consume little and moderate amount of meat,fished, milk and others
•Consume little amount of fat/oil, sugar and as well salt
•Drink responsibly on fluid such as water, tea, clear soup and others.

The following are the basic standard of food pyramid which are highly recommended

•Rice, pasta, cereal and bread- 11 serving per day
•Vegetable and fruits - three and Five servings
•For that of eggs - two or three servings per day
•For that of beans and others like that of dishes and poultry should be two or three servings every single day
• Hence for that of fat/oil and sugar, only use this when it is necessary because having any of this In excess is problematic to the health which are the main reasons for the food pyramid in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Hence the food pyramid is flexible and can be modified to your taste as long as it meets the food pyramid standard, therefore the pyramid are used to create a strong advantage over a healthy deficiency lifestyle for everyone or family.
