The way unhealthy food causes you sickness is the same way good food builds your body system, hence eating nutritional food makes you healthy and strong as well as a defensive measure against sickness.
Hence eating good food can as well serve as a measure to prevent illness, as matter of fact natural food is adopted all over the world most especially in India which has lasted for years known as Aryuveda, which has made India the most medical decorated country all over the world.
The Aryuveda is an ancient healing method used by Indians to treat sickness which came as utilization of the natural food resources, as matter fact food naturally can be a medicine or poison to the body.
Remedy to all this is eating healthy foods which has anti- anti-inflammatory properties that have the ability and more contents to nourish your body both internally and externally.
The ancient method of healing known as healing art has not been apparent, although some many medical scientists and technologies are against the ancient art of medication, due to the fact that it is not properly investigated and verified.
Hence the healing ancient art remain the ultimate and food can be susceptible to that of sickness, the fact remains that when you eat good food our body receives what the food contains by making you strong and prone to infection and illness while when unhealthy food are taken it kill yor active organ in the system thereby reducing it defensive standard over sickness
Therefore without proper vitamins and as well the mineral from food it is impossible to get away with sickness that attacks the body system, that is the reason why it is necessary to eat what is whot eating.
Some of the food we eat today is already sick, which actually causes sickness of the body hence some of this unprocessed food can be susceptible to certain sicknesses such as cancer.
Cancer as a deadly sickness has not be scientistifical and medication understood based on the possible cure to bring solution to it, hence a lot has lived long due to what they eat and as well some has died due to poor habit on what they consumes as food. So is necessary and important to engage in eating nutritional foods
For the fact you eat good food, it nourishes your body and as well provides the organ, tissues, and cells all the required nutritional values that maintains and keeps your body fit, it continues in that trend so far as you keep eating good food.
Hence there is still time to correct your poor eating habits which sabotage the body system, stop the act of eating poor and dead food because they don't actually have anything for your body rather they cause more harm than good which causes sickness, remember health is wealth.
