We grew up knowing what was taught of us, and what we had the opportunity to learn. But there's this one question that always come to my mind, is everything true??
Most people live there lives so reluctantly, giving little or no concern to what's happening around them. They don't care if someone is telling the truth or not. That's by the way.
what is a lie??
I have decided to write on what is lie too. This is something that a lot of people don't understand. People believe that a child's lie is the main lie and an adult's lie is nothing near to lying, but that's there own perspective.
When you speak out of truth, you lie. Lying means saying what is not true. But then who lies?
Now, who lies??
Ask yourself, how many times have I lied in the last 24 hrs. You won't be able to give yourself the correct answers needed, but you will know you've actually lied.
Everybody on Earth lies. Funny right?? I'm gonna prove it to you, just keep reading.
Do adults lie?? What about children?
When I said everybody, I mean every human, both young and old. Speaking lies is as equal, or even more than the way we tell the truth.
8/10 of adults who tell lies mostly don't know that they have lied, you know why?? Keep reading.
Children always tell lies, but thinks it's a normal thing, why??
Reason why I said all humans tell lies.
As a child, when you say something far front the truth just to protect yourself from being beaten up by your parents, you lied.
You did same in school because you're late, you lied. With this two for now, it's clear that all kids tell lies.
What ever thing you say that is slightly out of the truth, you lied my friend, just accept it.
And also, adults, the champions of lying. They lie and lie in lying, so so true. They easily lie to their children, mostly for protection, or to guide them in doing something, or may be they want you to do well in school.
I think of kids and adults, who tell lies the more??
I know when it comes to this aspect, a lot of you will say it's the children. Yeah, it's might be true for you, but not me. I child can lie, I mean, they lie.
But one of the main reason why children tell lies is the fear of being beaten up for doing something wrong, and that's not all the time.
Our parents, who acts like they are Christ, they tell the most horrible lies. For every 10 adults you meet, 9/10 of them lie more than 13 times a day to their kids. Look at this, the lies might not be too bad as it looks right now, but they lie.
Why do people tell lies??
Without lies, our social lives can never be lubricated. It stands as a strong support. Below are some reasons why people tell lies.
1. To avoid being punished.
Most people tell lies because of this reason. Mostly, children, tell lies to avoid being punished for doing something wrong.
2. To add more credits to ourselves
Yeah, it's true.... Others tell lies to claim a reward, or to get more credits for what we do not do.
3. To protect ourselves from dangers from another person(s).
When some people gets threatened over something, they began to get scared, and for that reason, in order to avoid being in danger, they cover up with lies.
4. To protect another person from being punished.
Most family members and friends tell lies to help cover up for their loved ones. It's something just inevitably impossible to live without.
5. To avoid being embarrassed.
Most children have this kind of lie format. For example, some children who pee in their pants while asleep don't fear punishment, but embarrassment. So they have to lie that the water came from the roof... Lol..
6. We lie to Keep our relationships
This is something most of us do. Most relationships has lies as its bedrock.
This is just six reasons why people tell lies, you can also add yours.
Also, for me, there are mainly two types of lies;
(1). Oral lies.
(2). Visual lies.
When we speak or tell lies with our mouths, it is called oral lies. But what we see, like the fake ladies hair, fake nails, fake guys blinks and fake lifestyle are all lies. This is a visual aspect of lying.
Lies can also be written.... The ones we put down while looking for jobs or something else, but anything written.
Telling lies is diverse, it's more complex than we imagined.
