To ladies and gentlemen I am talking to you, whether you are old or young, especially followers read and apply this principle of followership don't get me wrong pls
There is no old age, elder brother or sister in ministry. If you find yourself under someone younger, stay humble, obedient and submissive. Do not be unreliable and critical of the young person that is called by God who also is hearing and doing the will of God. Watch the way you use your tongue most especially when the man you are following takes some "unapproved steps ". What you see in your leader as a weakness God sees it differently, or if you think what he is doing is bad, hand him over to God. Only God can handle an erring leader.
Romans 14:4, says; "Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand."
I advise, just remain faithful in following. Remember, he is God's servant not yours.
If you are follower do not put your attention on your educational qualification, because the things of God can not be acquired by education.
If God placed you under someone that you're more educated than, that should not be a problem to you, because what God want to give you cannot be acquired in the class room.
You may be richer than person you are following, but never put it into consideration. What you learn from followership, wealth can not give you. Forget your age, you may be older than the person God want you to follow but don't think of it. The lesson and experiences that you gain from followership, do not come by age, it is a divine endowment.
Both Aaron and Miriam were older than Moses, yet God placed Moses over them. God can even make you submit to someone you are more anointed than, but you should know that anointing and leadership are two different things. Anointing without character will take you nowhere. Character is usually developed under pressure.
Without character you can be anointed but won't
