Here in Nigeria, there is a meal known as Bread and tea , it's usually taken by most people for breakfast fast.
Bread is the normal bread 🍞 everyone would know but tea according to Nigerians , is a mixture of hot water , Milo and evaporated milk . This is different from what the rest of world may call tea.
I have not been a lover of the 'Nigerian Tea' as many possibly are like me. The reason is very simple, as an 'Igbo man' and as an African, I'm addicted to my swallow of eba and soup. Taking tea, is like asking me just to drink normal water for breakfast.

Things change.

While I was younger, asking me to take tea with break or cookies is more or less a punishment in most rural areas. But i found out that things change, your likes and dislikes changes as well. What you loved eating as a younger age changes per time. Recently I found joy and happiness in taking Nigerian Tea with bread 🍞 and for a better combination, I added fries eggs 🥚 and if I take this for breakfast, going for lunch becomes nearly impossible. Maybe, you too would love to give the Nigerian Tea a try . You surely would love it .😜

Try something new.

New dishes always make my day, though friends I make good meals I'm not too sure how good I'm but I feel like taking a course in cooking. For over twenty years of my life, I have not taken Tea but I found it yummy and refreshing.
Would you want to try the Nigerian Tea ? Here is the procedure to follow ;
You would need
• 1 tin of evaporated milk
• 1¹/² tablespoon of milo
• Hot water .
Note that, the hot water is according to individual tastes and preference.

Preparation :

  • Get a mug ready
  • Add your hot water (according to your consumption )
  • Add your your milk and add your Milo
  • Stir .
With these , your Nigerian tea is ready.

You could garnish your Nigerian Tea and Break with fried eggs and possibly fried meats if you are a lover of beef.

Bye for now. See you again.
