I am extremely impatient.

What thing that I am not sure of is whether impatience is worth giving another perception as when I find myself in the stables of impatient, I become a fool and a weakling .

Growing up as a child I was extremely impatient and I hated waiting for any reason. The character impatient didn't let me understand that I was robbing myself off opportunities and the trust of others rather impatient gives birth to a child its name is PRIDE.

When its son comes .

Why do I have to go extra mile, I can't wait for you, you are taken too long to be here, this wasn't our agreement, I'm too big to wait, if it's for me then no matter what I will get it, I'm off. These and more are produced by PRIDE occasioned by finding a justifying means of cementing the impatient.

I have lost many good people because I didn't care to give them opportunity. When someone books appointment with you for a certain time and he/she might have pardonable reasons why the delay.

Do I have reasons to leave?

An inpatient person does not count the consequences of his/her account just okay when self is satisfied and later swims in regrets and self condemnation.
Many people are me who in the past have no time for the stuff called patience in the shortest way, to be patient was for me a big empty word which have nothing to offer in my life. But I was wrong after all. This is a virtue worthy of experiencing.

The game changer.

My mentality changed when I ran into a man whose life is the direct opposite of mine, he's very patient, he's enduring, highly accomodating and knows when to strike and achieve the desired outcome. This man within the first two weeks I met him I started seeing my emptiness, my foolish and hasty conclusions. I desired to become like him without telling him , I secretly gave myself into his mentorship and he noticed it and kept silent.

Result become clear.

I have failed a lot of endurance test as result I lost some good job interviews that I really prepared for. But not again, this time I applied for a job and I was called for an interview and funny as it were, the manager recognized me having encountered my temperament in an organization we both belong to. He in his person knew that I was qualified for the job and he wish to give me the job but how can he manage my extreme impatience then he subjected me to what he called endurance test "I was not aware of this but him and his team members were".
The time of the interview was slated for 1:30 pm but from the message sent to me read 8:30 AM so by 8:05 I was seated not seeing other co . I had come with a book written by JOHN C. MAXWELL titled Talent is never enough.

When you go for interviews.

Reading books while waiting for an interview is most encouraging than discussing and operating your mobile phones.
I sat there till around past 12 noon and the receptionist came and said we're sorry the time for interview would be in an hour time I didn't complain like my usual self. Later other applicants arrived and I was till the last person to be called in yet I didn't feel the pain of waiting as a waste of time not that I needed the job so badly but I have got a new me. A patient person a willing soul not hasty like his old self.
