A step further is the magic.

Understanding that there's what is known as breaking limit or breaking point is the genesis of making the readiness to always to make a step further and not stopping when we feel tired but could only stop when you are done.

Impatient

I worked with one Marine Engineer in a sand dredging company in 2011 this M.E. was also a pastor I served him as a deckhand on that 20 x 18 Holland dredgers and this Pastor was very patient, and he wouldn't let anything take away his joy even when the job is not giving joy he won't be sad rather he say it's part of the work experience.
I gently under studied him because I admired his patient equalities I started applying same in my life.

Quitting is weakness.

One day during our pep talk, the HSC personnel said quitting is weakness. This he said because the area we went for the job we had over burden for more than three weeks yet the sand search report said the area is a sand bank. So we're encouraged to push more. And as we pressed on, success was achieved. Success isn't at the top , it's not a weak product. Success is;
Steadfastness
Understanding that
Comfort will
Come
Especially when
Sound
Strength is added.
When sound strength isn't added, quitting is an easy thing.

Goal setting.

Most times people don't set goals so they don't measure the level of success that had been achieved. Success works with goals. When you set up an achievable goal, set up strategies for achieving such goals then you can tell much much success you have achieved. No goal is too small and definitely no goal is too high. Faith, believe and consistency will crown the success.
While daily executing your plans, the needs to replotting your graph is essential maintaining the end goal.

The road to success isn't one.

Success has many routes. When one way seems tough or closed, never worry use the other door, pressing forward to the goal and with understanding sooner than you know, you're where you planned to be. A strong desire is very good tool in the road to success. What you desire you get. Note also that while on the success transit, there are hurdles those hurdles aren't to put fear in you but to do for you what the fire does to metal before it becomes a precious ornament such as gold 🪙. While there are hurdles, there are also consolations but if you are not very observent, you won't notice them.

Those who make Complaint on the way.

Yes, there are distractions on the way but a success driven person look forward towards the goal. Complaining and giving excuses would only tell you that the route isn't for you. I have learned from big bloggers, they don't talk about their troubles and challenges. And if you are a type who write about your sufferings and.. you start loosing influence in the community.
It's okay that the market prices are down there's hope, without hope we can not get this far. I'm sure that the founders of #Blurtblog founded through faith and hope. And if you ask them to narrate about their experience in the years you will understand that the current price doesn't mean blurt is not achieving success. It is successful because blurt has more believers now than when it first began and this is one aspect of success. Again the price is not a reason to to stop believing.

The magic

In the year 2014, I attended a prayer submit and the title was oh God help me before I break. It's true that when the things we hope for does not come our hearts gets sick. And if you had waited for 23 hours and you're tired and you want to stop why not complete the 24 hours, that's the extra mile. You had waited 9 years and fade up, waiting for one more year is the virtue only a few people have this ability. I was this impatient some years back. Immediately I say won't wait again what I'm looking for comes and I such the need to go extra mile in being patient. And it had been a happy moment.
