For me, of all the coins I hold the one I won't let go of is CENTRIC I buy CNS and convert it to CNR and that's how I make up for my lost in other projects because once I convert 1000 CNS to CNR today my CNS starts incresing and when the next pump comes, I cashout some if I want.
So POINT is CARRY A RESEARCH ON A PROMISING PROJECT LIKE I DID AND STARTED HOLDING CNR EVEN WHEN THEY WERE STILL "UPTOKEN" since 2017 IF ANYONE HERE KNEW THEM THEN.
Do your research and find one to hold for long term especially if you don't have huge money to invest in day trading.
