So earlier today at the blurtafrica discussion group. The group admin @empato365 asked a question in group about what 43526969 means on Blurt and that the winner stands a chance to win 100 blurt price which I gave an answer by replying :
It's the Blurt exported account balance of steem at block 43526969 to a file called snapshot.json. Which is a distributed file with byte-for-byte perfection to witnesses and others via IPFS, and started a new chain using that snapshot.
