Origins

Some people presume that the Africans originated from the hominids, 250,000 years back or so; others say that they originate from the tribe of Ham, one of Noah's sons after the deluge in the diluvian bible story. The land of Africa (30,365,000 sq km of land mass and covers one-fifth of the total land surface of the earth)is populated with people of various cultures and traditions of various varieties so much so that it is the den of culture and tradition and as well as different rich resources and natural blessings( and a perk which is that natural disasters i.e cyclones, earthquakes and tsunamis rarely take place on the surface of this vast continent). Africa is also blessed heavily with agricultural portfolio and advantages with various fruits and vegetables having their home on this continent. The Greeks called it Libya, while the Romans called it Africa, from Latin Aprica meaning 'sunny' 😉.

I would love to know the various African cultural stories about the origins of humans/Africans. I bet there are several stories that were passed down from generation to generation until someone finally wrote them down.
