Blurt.blog is a new generation of blockchain social media. It is a blogging system network where users are rewarded in crypto (blurt) for creating original content. Blurt gives room for communities to grow within the system. This is the reason why BlurtAfrics as a community is working tirelessly to take blurt to every end of the continent and make it mainstream social media in Africa.
BlurtAfrica is a community that tends to cater for all African users. Already there are experienced users within the community charged with the responsibility of recruiting and guiding new members, to ensure they are posting original and unique content.
Statistics have shown that there is a growing interest and adaption of blockchain in Africa. With the pity state of some African countries, the adaption is easily linked to a realization of a better way of saving funds amid devalued currency, making swift payments, and transacting businesses Internationally.
Despite the problem of power and affordable internet, many African youths are engrossed in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, etc hence wasting their meager resources. The effect of the covid 19 pandemic has increased the hunger in the land. Blurt Africa is presenting a system that can cushion the effects of the hard times.
Blurt Africa has taken the task of making blurt.blog a mainstream social media and a household name. This will be done systematically, breaking down the concepts in a commonsensical way. A lot of work is going on and the results are yielding.
In the meantime, Blurt Africa has a WhatsApp with hundreds of members who are cut across different African countries. These members are comprised of mainly new members who are curious and are always asking fundamental questions. All thanks to @bestkizito @zahidsun @factum and @samhenrytenplus who are not tired of replying to the questions from members. Your ever-presence is appreciated.
A subsidiary community (@blurtnigeria) is under construction and works are in progress. All thanks to @factum who is putting one and two together to make our dream a reality. We are in the festive period and it is a time of reunion for many. Blurt Nigeria will be organizing a feast for Nigerian users, more information about the feast will be published in due time by Blurt Nigeria account.
